MyAfriBnB Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of May 23, 2025, by and
between MyAfriBnB Limited (“MyAfriBnB”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered

under the laws of [Your Country], with its principal office at [Your Address], and the indi-
vidual or entity (“Vendor”, “you”, or “your”) listing accommodations on the MyAfriBnB

platform (the “Platform”). This Agreement governs your use of the Platform to list,
market, and rent accommodations.

1. Purpose
   This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you may list and offer
   your accommodations (“Property”) for rent on the MyAfriBnB Platform.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
   2.1 Accurate Listings
   You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your Property,
   including but not limited to descriptions, availability, pricing, amenities, and house rules.
   You are responsible for updating your listing promptly to reflect any changes.
   2.2 Compliance with Laws
   You warrant that your Property complies with all applicable local, state, and national
   laws, regulations, and zoning requirements, including obtaining any necessary permits or
   licenses for short-term rentals.
   2.3 Guest Experience
   You agree to provide a safe, clean, and well-maintained Property for guests. You are
   responsible for addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
3. MyAfriBnB Responsibilities
   3.1 Platform Services
   MyAfriBnB provides a platform to connect Vendors with potential guests, market listings,
   and facilitate bookings and payments. We do not own, operate, or control any Properties
   listed on the Platform.
   3.2 Promotion
   MyAfriBnB may promote your listing through our website, mobile applications, and
   marketing channels at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms
   4.1 Service Fees
   MyAfriBnB charges a service fee for each booking, calculated as a percentage of the
   booking amount (exclusive of taxes and other fees). The current fee structure is available
   on our website and may be updated from time to time.
   4.2 Payouts
   Payments for bookings, less applicable service fees, will be remitted to you via your
   designated payment method within [X] business days after a guest’s check-in, subject to
   compliance with this Agreement.
   4.3 Taxes
   You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations, including
   collecting and remitting any applicable occupancy, sales, or tourism taxes. MyAfriBnB
   may assist with tax collection where required by law.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
   You agree to adhere to the cancellation policy selected for your listing, as displayed on the
   Platform. MyAfriBnB may process refunds to guests in accordance with the cancellation
   policy or in cases of extenuating circumstances.
6. Liability and Insurance
   6.1 Vendor Liability
   You are solely responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses occurring at your Property.
   MyAfriBnB is not liable for any claims arising from guests’ stays or your actions.
   6.2 Insurance
   You are encouraged to maintain adequate insurance coverage for your Property, including
   liability and property damage insurance. MyAfriBnB may offer optional host protection
   programs, subject to separate terms.
7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with [X] days’ written notice. MyAfriBnB re-
serves the right to suspend or remove your listing for non-compliance with this Agreement

or for any reason at our discretion.

8. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold MyAfriBnB harmless from any claims, damages, or
   losses arising from your Property, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any

applicable laws.

9. Governing Law
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your
   Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Amendments
    MyAfriBnB may update this Agreement from time to time. You will be notified of
    material changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated
    terms.
    By listing your Property on the MyAfriBnB Platform, you acknowledge that you have
    read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
